The guys were amazing! So well organised and had the two vans loaded very quickly. Everything was well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Disassembled and reassembled furniture in no time too. Highly recommend CLR! Will definitely use again!

A brilliant and very impressive home removal carried out by the team from Cambridge Light Removals.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful during a difficult time for us, and certainly went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
Ryan and the team made sure everything was carefully packed and delivered unbroken at the other end. A monsoon like rainstorm did not deter the team, and they were careful not to dirty the new carpets in the house, even though the outside was a mud bath.

They even managed to get our huge and heavy potted Olive tree out of the garden, and deliver it safely – which was truly amazing!

On behalf of my daughter, many thanks to Steve , Wayne, Bobby and the team for a great job today. It was a hot day with a few challenges but their efficiency, hard work and good humour got us all through!

Bobby and the team at Cambridge Light Removals helped us to move earlier this year. From Steve’s extremely efficient packing service on the day prior to our move, to Glynn and Anthony loading everything into the van and unloading at the other end, everything was done with great care and attention, and it certainly took a lot of the stress of moving away from us.

And Glynn and Ant were brilliant with the move itself – super careful with my belongings and took great care not to damage my freshly plastered walls. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they didn’t even comment about the horrendous traffic which meant they had an incredibly long day! Bobby and his team moved my 3 bedroom home from Longstanton to Peterborough. The service provided from start to finish was superb. Very prompt to come round, assess our house and provide a very competitive quote. He was very quick with communication throughout the process of us confirming a date. Bobby and Anthony were then promptly at our property before 8am on move day. They had packed everything into their van by 1am and waited patiently at the other end while the move confirmation took place. They then placed everything back in our new home. I used Cambridge Light removals to move home. On the way to the new address we discovered that the floor was not ready and I needed to store some of the furnitures for the next few days. We used this company for a local move. They turned up with two movers with two vans and managed to take everything from our three bed house and garage. Plus our bikes and also my favorite pots from the garden too. Talk about tardis vans They provided extra boxes and helped put our spare furnature and garden items safely into our new garage. Really great service. I would recommend them to anyone

These guys were amazing!!! Very friendly and laid back approach. Getting a quote was easy and was half the price of any other quote I had!! Delivered and collected boxes. When move day came they turned up bang on time and managed to get everything loaded and unloaded in no time at all!!!! Friendly guys with a good sense of humour and worked amazingly hard!!!

We’ve moved several times but this is the best company we’ve ever worked with. They brought us boxes (twice!) and took them away after. They arrived exactly when they said they would, moved a three bed house in only a few hours and they were friendly and professional. Their prices can’t be beet and we could not have asked for better service. I hope we don’t move a gain for a long time, but when we do… we’ll call!

Would give more stars if I could. From start to finish Bobby and his team were exceptional in their approach. Nothing was too much, no change to the plan too much for them to deal with, even though it went on for months. Bobby did everything he could at every point to accommodate us. On the day they were so helpful and incredibly friendly, they treated all of our things with care and did an outstanding job. We moved from Cambridge to a village 1 miles north – Bobby and the team were brilliant! From lending us all the boxes we needed for packing to a super-quick and careful service on the day, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were in the new house with everything moved by 12:3! Bobby and the guys were absolutely fantastic! We moved from Cambs to Berkshire…We couldn’t fault them at all. They turned up on time. Were extremely professional and courteous at all times. We’ve moved 8 times in 15 years and without a doubt, these guys were the best! We’ve always incurred some kind of damage when moving, but NOT with Cambslightremovals!! It was the smoothest move we’ve done. The big companies could learn a thing or two from these guys. They are hands down the best company we have used…and the cheapest we’ve used too! Don’t think because you aren’t paying the high charges other removals companies charge that it’ll not be up to scratch, Is use Bobby and his team again, without hesitation.

Moved house on 28th december from north west leicestershire to cambridge. What can i say, these guys were great!!! Moving a house a week before you are due to give birth is far from ideal, but couldnt have been easier! A fantastic price and the customer service was next to none, very friendly and helpful with putting items in the correct room! They even helped to move out an old sofa that was at the property. Very considerate to the situation. Would definatly recommend these guys and if we ever move again, we will be using these guys, Brilliant price too! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Just a quick thank you to all the friendly staff at Cambridge Light Removals. Moving to Scotland in a day is no easy task, but you made it much easier than we were expecting. You arrived to load the lorry exactly when you said you would and our contents had arrived in Scotland even before we managed to drive up there! A big thank you to you all and great value too. I can’t think how things could have gone any better for our move.

Super helpful staff, happy positive attitude really cheered me up after three days of packing! Everything beautifully packed and labelled, was asked where I wanted everything, nothing was too much trouble and they even took some stuff I didn’t want away with them! I have tried several, very expensive ‘name’ firms and CLR is equal to the best of them, who cost many thousands. Would highly recommend and would use again if moving back to Cambridge or if they go nationwide!

After a few emails we confirmed that Bobby and his team will meet my at 6H3 to start the move – I had my doubts if the early start would really happen, but they arrived spot on time and started working straight away. Very friendly guys that seem to want to help people and not just make as much money as they can. They removed and stored my stuff on short notice (when I couldn’t find anywhere else) and for a good price. Running low on money, so didn’t want to pay for them to deliver it, but instead get my dad to do it. I wasn’t able to schedule a good time for my dad to do it, so they just offered to deliver it and me pay a small fee to cover getting to my place. – good people!

Moved over the weekend, quickly and efficiently. Boxes were packed with more logic than I think we could have managed! Furniture was taken down and reassembled at the other end too. We hope not to move again for a long while, but if and when we do I’d certainly use Cambs Light Removals again.

I was contacted very quickly after requesting a call back. In the lead up to the move, they were easily contactable and extremely helpful. On the day itself, Anthony (the driver) was in contact over the phone and kept me fully informed throughout the morning. The move was efficient and very smooth. Cambridge Light Removals packed us up within a few hours, made the move quite easy for us as we didn’t have to lift a finger really. Once we had completed on the new house then they had everything unloaded and in. Friendly chaps and they looked after all of our belongings, nothing was rushed or damaged.

Bobby has the best quote which is significantly lower than the bigger names i’ve spoken to, but he did his best to accomodate me on a sunday from his very tight bookings. Rather unexpectedly we ‘won’ a piano on eBay for a song and then had the issue of moving it safely to our home. Cambs Light Removals to the rescue – an excellent service, brilliant communication regarding timing (to both us and the seller of the piano) and it arrived in perfect condition.
